ABC.AZ reports that according to the article, despite the mitigation of the consequences of the energy crisis, Europe still faces certain challenges in this area.

"Europe has not fully emerged from the energy crisis, there are still political risks," the author writes.

The author considers fugitive Russian billionaire of Armenian origin Ruben Vardanyan to be a destabilizing factor in the region that could pose a threat to Azerbaijani gas supplies to Europe. The article says that Vardanyan is looting gold, copper and molybdenum mines belonging to Azerbaijan. Janusz Bugajski, a senior researcher at The Jamestown Foundation, wrote in an article in The Hill on 27 January that Vardanyan is trying to destabilize the situation and manipulate it with fictitious numbers.
