April 23, Fineko/abc.az. Due to the rainy weather observed in Baku, the speed limit on all lanes of the highways Heydar Aliyev Avenue-airport-Bilgya and Zikh Circle-airport has been lowered.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Baku Transport Agency that the purpose is to ensure traffic safety.

"We once again recommend the road users to be careful in this weather. We ask drivers to observe the speed limit on the roads, take into account meteorological factors, and act with understanding towards other road users. At the same time, pedestrians are advised not to enter the roadway and use pedestrian crossings when crossing to the opposite side,” the Agency said in a statement.
