June 17, Fineko/abc.az. Officials will be fined 500 manats and legal entities 1,000 manats for non-compliance with anonymity in relation to the recipient, as well as in relation to relatives of the deceased donor during organ donation and transplantation.

ABC.AZ reports this is stated in the amendment to the Code of Administrative Offences proposed by Milli Majlis.

For non–compliance with the requirements stipulated by the Law on Donation & Transplantation of Human Organs & Tissues, when removing donor organs from a living donor, officials will be fined 2,000 manats and legal entities – 5,000 manats. After discussions, the amendments were put to the vote and adopted in the 2nd reading.
