January 13, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on raising some pensions.

ABC.AZ informs that the decree prescribes for women with more than five children, from 1 January 2023, to establish a monthly amount of social benefits in the amount of 105 manats per child.

Presidential Decree #72 from 27 December 2013 "On establishing the amount of social benefits for women with more than five children" (Collection of Legislation of Azerbaijan, 2013, #12, Article 1539; 2018, #4, Article 668; 2019, #4, Article 638; 2021, #12, Article 1360) Part 1 after the word “allowances” add the word “monthly” and in this part the words “70 (seventy)” replace with the words “105 (one hundred and five)".
