November 21, Fineko/abc.az. Yesterday, the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan sold state short-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The BSE reports that the bond issue with ISIN code AZ0104012684 for AZN 40 million and 364-day circulation term was placed on 20 November.

The 14 investors submitted 21 orders for totally AZN 113.39 million. The orders were submitted in the price range from AZN 90.9544 (yield: 10.000%) to AZN 94.1039 (6.3000%) for the bond.

Under MoF decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of AZN 92.8869 (yield: 7.7000%) and the weighted average price at AZN 92.9934 (7.5760%).

As a result, the bonds were placed for AZN 40 million. The maturity date of the bonds is 19 November 2019.
