June 11, Fineko/abc.az. Deputy Energy Minister Samir Veliyev will represent Azerbaijan at the International Energy Charter forum in Albania on 13 June.

The Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan informs that the deputy minister will deliver speech on the theme "Energy Diversification, Renewable Energy Sources & Energy Efficiency".

Azerbaijan has been cooperating with the International Energy Charter since 1994. Last year, the country joined the International Energy Charter (Hague Convention II). In 2020, Azerbaijan will chair in the International Energy Charter conference, and in this context, the International Energy Charter Forum is scheduled to be held in Baku this year.
