July 10, Fineko/abc.az. At a regular meeting the special commission of the Ministry of Labour & Social Protection made a decision on the lump-sum payments for 881 heirs of 581 martyrs.

According to the Ministry, in the coming days work will be underway on transfer of lump-sum payments to bank accounts of those heirs. After the lump-sum payment is transferred to the bank account, a relevant notification will be sent to cell phones of account holders.

In compliance with the presidential decrees from 19 April 2018 and 28 January 2019, the right to lump-sum payment belongs to the heirs of 12,268 martyrs. So far, a decision on lump-sum payment has been made on 16,394 heirs of 11,067 martyrs.

Thus, implementation of the program on lump-sum payments for martyr heirs has made up 90.2%.
