CBA places short-term notes worth AZN 200 million


September 11, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has held an auction on placement of short-term notes.

According to the Baku Stock Exchange, on September 11, the CBA offered short-term notes under number 50102076S in the amount of AZN 200 million for a period of 28 days at the auction.

From 16 investors, 25 applications were received in the amount of AZN 710,036,000 manats. Investors offered AZN 99.5158 (yield 6.26%) for the short-term bonds.

By decision of the CBA, the cut-off price amounted to AZN 99.5158  (yield 6.26%) and the weighted average price corresponded to it.

As a result, notes were placed for AZN 200 million.

Maturity date is October 9, 2019.
