During the period of special quarantine regime imposed on the territory of Azerbaijan, persons whose activities are allowed on the basis of an official certificate or a certificate of employment, as well as information about which is included by the employer in the permit portal icaze.e-gov.az they can only move without permission on working days of the week.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan.

"But in recent days, there has been a negative situation when some people from this category needlessly move freely on the streets for hours, increasing the density on the roads with vehicles, which ultimately creates conditions for the spread of infection. From angle of inadmissibility of such cases, these persons are obliged not to abuse the relevant permits on non-working days, and to leave the place of residence only in case of serious necessity. At the same time, everyone who leaves the house on the basis of an appropriate permit is required to use a medical mask and keep a distance of social isolation of 2 m," the MIA emphasized.
