Insurers whose premiums sharply declined

April 30, Fineko/abc.az. The premiums of five out of the 22 insurance companies operating in Azerbaijan have sharply decreased.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Central Bank, for Jan-Mar 2020 the insurance premiums of AtaSigorta, Ateshgah Sigorta, AXA MBask, Meqa Sigorta, Qala Heyat decreased, while premiums of 16 insurance companies increased compared with Jan-Mar 2019.

Compared to others, the newly-established insurer Xalq Heyat did not collect premiums for the 1st quarter of 2019. For this reason, it was impossible to make a comparison with this company.
