November 13, Fineko/abc.az. Members of the State Commission established to estimate and liquidate the damage caused to the civilian population as a result of the provocation of the Armenian armed forces have been sent to the Agdam, Agjabedi, Terter, Barda, Fizuli, Beylagan, Goranboy, Naftalan districts, the city of Ganja and other territories.

ABC.AZ reports that Commission’s member Elshan Ibragimov stated that the Commission members are already revealing the territories that were affected by the attacks of the Armenian armed forces:

"First, inventory is carried out. The Commission investigates how many houses, objects, and administrative buildings were damaged as a result of the Armenian provocation, determines how many livestock were killed, and what damage was caused to vehicles and other public and private property. After the damage is determined in the near future, the public will be informed about the results of the work carried out."
