Decline on catering services in Azerbaijan recorded last month

November 18, Fineko/abc.az. The State Statistics Committee has released some indicators on public catering services.

ABC.AZ reports that this October the turnover of public catering lowered almost 2-fold to AZN 76 million against last October.

The main cause for the sharp decline is restrictions on the operation of country’s public catering facilities in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, as well as the introduction of restrictive regime on the state border between Azerbaijan and neighboring states, and temporary restrictions on travel of citizens in most countries of the world.
