Unemployment in neighboring country has increased much, especially among men

November 19, Fineko/abc.az. The unemployment rate in Georgia made up 11.9% for the third quarter of this year, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the National Statistical Office of Georgia.

The indicator is by 7% more versus the same period of 2019.

"In July-September the unemployment in urban areas was 18.8% and in rural areas 4.8%. This figure reached 13.9% among men and 9.4% among women," the NSOG said in a statement.
