Oil grows in value, and Brent is at $72.10 a barrel

December 21, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are increasing in Tuesday’s trading after falling at the end of the previous session.

By 9:15 am, at the London ICE Futures Exchange the February’s Brent crude futures grew by $0.58 (0.81%) up to $72.10 per barrel. Following the trading on 20 December, the price of Brent crude futures for February fell by $2 (2.72%) to $71.52 per barrel.

By 9:15 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the WTI oil futures for February rose in price by $1.13 (1.66%) up to $69.36 per barrel. Following the trading on 20 December, the price of February’s WTI oil futures slumped by $2.63 (3.71%) to $68.23 per barrel.
