November 10, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, a fairly wide category of citizens has access to preferential mortgages.

ABC.AZ reports that Finance Minister Samir Sharifov stated about this during the discussion of State Budget 2023 at a joint meeting of the Milli Majlis Committees on Public Associations & Religious Organizations, on Science & Education, on Family, Women & Children, on Health and on Culture.

Answering the question about granting preferential mortgages to cultural workers, the minister said that the proposal should be analyzed.

"Today, a fairly wide category of citizens has access to preferential mortgages. We cannot expand it indefinitely," Sharifov said.
