Azerbaijani customs officers seized 114,000 non-excised cigarettes

July 5, Fineko/abc.az. Customs bodies of Azerbaijan seized 114,000 non-excised cigarettes.

The State Customs Committee reports that 114,000 non-excised cigarette of brand King were revealed and seized by officers of the Operations Division of the Investigation Department of the Baku Main Customs Department.

"The Operations Division received information about transportation of a large batch of non-excised cigarettes in a Mercedes Benz car. The car was stopped and inspected on Baku-Sumgait highway. As a result of the inspection, the customs officers discovered 18 boxes of non-excised cigarettes," the SCS informed.
