June 9, Fineko/abc.az. Based on the information received, the Yevlakh District Prosecutor's Office conducted an investigation in connection with the issuance of false medical referrals by officials of the Yevlakh Central District Hospital to residents of the district to pass the posts established in connection with the special quarantine regime.

ABC.AZ was informed about this at the General Prosecutor’s Office, and it was noted that the investigation revealed reasonable suspicions of officials of the Yevlakh hospital in issuing fake medical referrals to certain residents of the Yevlakh district to present them at posts established in connection with the special quarantine regime. According to this fact, the Yevlakh prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case on Article 308.1 of the Criminal Code (abuse of official powers).
