October 19, Fineko/abc.az. Armenia pursues policy of ethnic cleansing against the Azerbaijani people.

ABC.AZ reports that this was stated by Assistant to the First Vice President Elchin Amirbekov of Azerbaijan.

According to Amirbekov, Azerbaijan has been waiting for many years for the restoration of its territorial integrity by peaceful means.

"But, unfortunately, Armenia, having demonstrated an unconstructive position, did not allow a peaceful settlement of the conflict to take place. The reason for this was the lack of an adequate response from the international community to Armenia's actions. Despite the fact that Azerbaijan has demonstrated a constructive position, Armenia has instead resorted to new provocations.

Today, Armenia continues to commit war crimes against the Azerbaijani people. Pashinyan is no different from his predecessors, continuing war crimes against the Azerbaijani people. Despite all these actions of Armenia, the Azerbaijani side declared a peaceful solution to the conflict. But Armenia, violating the last two humanitarian ceasefire regimes, subjected the civilian population of Azerbaijan, the cities of Ganja, Mingachevir and others to rocket fire. There was a tragedy in Ganja. International organizations should stop this vandalism of Armenia and increase pressure on it," Amirbekov stressed.
