ABC.AZ reports that during the period of strict quarantine, employees of the Presidential Administration, the Presidential Affairs Department, the special medical service, the Security Council Secretary Service, the Cabinet Ministers Office and the Cabinet Ministers Administration, MP and employees of the Milli Majlis Office, heads of central and local executive authorities and their deputies (based on travel lists for intercity and inter-district movement of deputies), Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) and employees of his office (based on travel lists for long-distance and inter-district movement of employees), heads of state-owned legal entities, including public legal entities created on behalf of the state and their deputies, employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, employees of bodies that provide for law enforcement, judicial and military service, lawyers, employees of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Azerbaijan, as well as their local staff, employees of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) will be able to move around using their official ID (service certificate).
