December 21, Fineko/abc.az. The list of residential premises offered to citizens within the lease mechanism with the obligation to sell by the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has been expanded.

ABC.AZ was informed at the AMCGF that the new complex is located on Adil Mammadov Street in Binagadi district of Baku.

The complex offers 40 apartments. Monthly payment for the proposed apartments in the mentioned residential complex starts from 498 manats.

Monthly payments are calculated on very favorable terms, taking into account expenses in the amount of 4% per annum (including insurance) from the cost of housing.

Apartments in the complex are 1-, 2-and 3-room.
