April 19, Fineko/abc.az. There is a need to clarify the issue of transport links between Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

ABC.AZ reports that President Aliyev said this on Tuesday, receiving the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar.

"I mean both the railway and the highway. Because in connection with the railway, I informed President Michel that we have built more than 100 km of a 60-km section of the railway on the territory of Azerbaijan and will complete construction next year. But, unfortunately, in Armenia they have not started the feasibility study of this work, which suggests that the process may be delayed," the head of state added.
