Poland imposes its own sanctions against businesses and citizens of Russia

April 27, Fineko/abc.az. Poland will impose sanctions on 50 Russian companies and entrepreneurs.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the foreign media that Polish Interior Minister Mariusz Kaminski stated about this at a press conference.

15 individuals and 35 legal entities, including Gazprom, Novatek and Akron, have been included in the sanctions list.

Among the Russian companies in the list, which was published by the Ministry, are Gazprom, chemical fertilizer producer Akron, coal trading companies SUEK Polska and CPC Polska. The list also includes Alfa-Bank’s founder Mikhail Fridman, aluminum magnate Oleg Deripaska and founder of Russian cybersecurity company Kaspersky Evgeny Kaspersky.

Earlier, Poland announced the cessation of imports of Russian coal until May and the use of Russian oil until the end of 2022.
