Amount of orders for Central bank`s short-term notes almost reaches AZN 1 bn

July 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has conducted an auction on the placement of short-term notes.

The Baku Stock Exchange reports that on 10 July the CBA offered short-term notes with state registration number 50101176S for AZN 200 million for the period of 28 days.

The 16 investors submitted 22 orders for AZN 939.9 million. The investors offered AZN 99.4966 (yield: 6.51%) for short-term notes.

Under CBA’s decision, the cut-off price made AZN 99.4966 (yield: 6.51%) and the weighted average price was equal to it. As a result, the notes were placed for AZN 200 million.

The maturity date of the notes is 7 August 2019.
