January 26, Fineko/abc.az. On summer and winter pastures, in accordance with the requirements, shepherd houses, sleeping quarters, other cultural and industrial facilities (except capital buildings) can be built.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant matter is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Land Code, discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Agrarian Policy.

The document says that summer and winter pastures (with the exception of scarce crops for green fodder on 3% of the area of winter pastures), grazing and haymaking are not allowed for use for their intended purpose.

Currently the requirements related to construction are not reflected in the legislation.
