April 27, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has registered another 33 cases of coronavirus infection, while 23 people were cured and released home.

ABC.AZ was informed on the occasion at the Cabinet Ministers Operational Headquarters.

The citizen born in 1960 died - the analysis of samples taken from him for the presence of COVID-19 was positive.

Currently, 1,678 cases of coronavirus infection have been established, of which 1,162 people have been cured, 22 people have died, and 494 continue to be treated in special-regime hospitals. The condition of 17 of them is assessed as severe, 26 people as moderate, and the condition of the rest is stable.

Over the past period 128,807 tests were conducted to detect new cases of infection.
