President appointed Elman Abdullayev as Azerbaijan`s Permanent Representative to UNESCO

December 16, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed today an order appointing Elman Abdullayev as Azerbaijan's Permanent Representative to UNESCO.

By another order of the head of state, Elman Abdullayev was recalled from the post of Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ethiopia, Kenya, Djibouti and Rwanda, as well as from the post of Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the African Union and the UN Office in Nairobi.
