Health insurance agency fined - case sent to court

May 19, Fineko/abc.az. The State Agency for Mandatory Health Insurance has been fined.

ABC.AZ reports that the protocol was sent to the Nasimi District Court of Baku for consideration.

The case is pending before Judge Babek Panakhov. The protocol to the agency was drawn up under Article 347 of the Code of Administrative Offences.
