Construction of residential buildings has declined sharply

May 25, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan observes a sharp decrease in the total area of commissioned residential buildings this year.

ABC.AZ informs that for the reporting period 620,100 sq m of living space were transferred for use in the country (73.1% less year-on-year).

In April of this year 138,300 sq m of living space were transferred for use (33.4% less in the monthly comparison).

Over Jan-Apr of this year AZN 304 million were invested in the construction of residential buildings in Azerbaijan (26.3% less year-on-year).

Last year, 4,957.2 sq m of living space were transferred for use in the country (47.6% less than in the previous year).
