October 27, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has received Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexey Overchuk, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the press service of the Presidential Administration.

During the meeting the sides expressed satisfaction with dynamic development of both states’ relations based on the agreements reached between the presidents of Azerbaijan and Russia, and the current state of two countries’ cooperation in various fields, including trade, economic, transport, transit, and energy fields, progress in all areas and an increase in trade turnover. The parties also exchanged views about the North-South transport corridor.

The sides also covered the matter of activity of the trilateral working group of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia, established with the aim to restore transport and economic ties in the region in connection with the implementation of the November 10 Statement.
