Entrepreneur cases to be considered at commercial and administrative courts

12:19 - 27.01.2020

January 27, Fineko/abc.az. Administrative and economic courts have been abolished since January 2020, and 12 new courts will operate instead of them.

ABC.AZ reports that six of the newly-created courts are commercial and six other ones are administrative. The new courts will operate in accord with regional principles, that is, not in all cities and districts of the country, but only in Baku, Ganja, Sheki, Shirvan, Sumgait, and Nakhchivan.

So far all disputes related to entrepreneurs have been considered at administrative economic courts. And now disputes between entrepreneurs themselves will be considered at commercial courts, their state structures, and disputes between entrepreneurs relating to tax, customs authorities and the State Social Protection Fund - at administrative courts.
