July 9, Fineko/abc.az. The investigation conducted by the General Prosecutor’s Office in respect to Javanshir Dilaverov established that the latter violated sanitary and quarantine rules in his tea shop opened in the basement of the house where he lived.

ABC.AZ was informed at the GPO press service that on the basis of the relevant court decision Dilaverov was brought to administrative responsibility and a preventive measure was taken against him in the form of administrative arrest for the period of 10 days.
