November 2, Fineko/abc.az. If in 2017-2018 about 10,000 court cases were initiated against the Azerbaijan State Social Protection Fund, today this number has reduced almost 3-fold.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by Abuzar Mutallimov, the director of the SSPF Central Branch for Work with Lawsuits, at broadcast “Sosial Saat".

According to Mutallimov, currently there are about 1,500-1,700 court cases in the proceedings of the Central Branch: "Participation in all cases is ensured. Usually, if a citizen understands his rights, no complaint is filed at a later stage. In each case, the court's decision is considered in an objective manner with the participation of both parties."
