Number of apartments sold on lease mechanism published

April 15, Fineko/abc.az. To date, the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has allotted 1,500 apartments for use by renting them out.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Fund that the number of mortgage loans given has reached 38,457 loans for AZN 2.125 bn.

The amount of loans and subsidies guaranteed by the Fund is AZN 293.68 million.
