Apartments in some cities of Turkiye have risen in price

November 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBTR) has released the housing price index for September.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the housing price index of the main bank of Turkiye, housing prices in September increased by 4.9% compared to the previous month and by 189.2% compared to September 2021.

The housing price index in September rose by 4.6%, 4.3% and 5.8% in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, respectively, compared with August.

Compared to the same month of 2021, the index grew by 212.1% in Istanbul, 196% in Ankara and 185.8%
