July 2, Fineko/abc. az. The Scientific Medical Council of the Ministry of Health, based on the results of the latest scientific research and the experience of vaccination in a number of countries, made decisions.

ABC.AZ was jointly informed about this by the Ministry of Health, the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance and the Association for the Management of Territorial Medical Units.

Under the decision, the validity period of the Immune Certificate will be extended for 6 months if those who have been ill with coronavirus and registered citizens receive a single dose of any COVID-19 vaccine used in Azerbaijan six months after recovery. The validity period of the Vaccination Certificate will be extended for six months if the vaccinated citizens, in accordance with medical indicators, receive a single dose of any COVID-19 vaccine used in Azerbaijan six months after taking the second dose.
