984 new cases of Covid-19 infection detected in Azerbaijan

December 16, Fineko/abc.az. For the past 24 hours 984 new cases of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) have been recorded in Azerbaijan (1,748 recovery and 12 death cases).

According to the Cabinet Ministers Operational Headquarters, Azerbaijan has registered 608,060 cases of coronavirus infection so far (582,243 people have recovered and 8,149 have died of coronavirus).

Over the last 24 hours 12,440 tests have been conducted to detect new cases of Covid-19 infection. The number of tests carried out from the very beginning of the pandemic has reached 5,718,629 tests.
