December 24, Fineko/abc.az. The construction of the first smart village to be the first point of return to the liberated territories is being completed in Zangilan district.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani Agriculture Minister Inam Kerimov said this at scientific & practical conference "Karabakh: The new panorama of the South Caucasus opening to the world".

According to the minister, numerous innovative approaches are used during the construction of the village.

"The demand for energy in the village will be provided by the green energy system. Sustainable energy supply will be carried out through a hydroelectric power station built on the Khakari River. Due to this, the village will fully reimburse its energy supply," Kerimov emphasized.
