August 2, Fineko/abc.az. In August, the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund suggests 216 apartments to citizens as part of the mechanism for renting apartments with the right to buy them out.

ABC.AZ reports that 44 apartments are offered in a housing complex in Baku (Khatai district, N.Tusi Street). In this complex, 2 and 3-room fully renovated apartments are offered for rent. The monthly fee is 557 manats.

In addition, another 172 apartments are offered in the residential complex in Khirdalan (on the 17th km of Baku-Sumgait highway). In this complex, 1-, 2- and 3-room fully renovated apartments are offered for rent. The monthly fee is 268 manats.

The Fund says that an electronic system for choosing apartments will be opened from 8 August.
