President Ilham Aliyev annulls decree on establishment of Azersilah

June 21, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the cancellation of his January’s decree on the establishment of special commercial structure for production and sale of weapons of Azersilah OJSC.

The decree from 19 January 2019 envisaged that Azersilah would become a commercial legal entity, which would organize the production, export and sale of weapons in Azerbaijan and abroad with the use of advanced technologies. Also, on the basis of modern management and corporate governance standards it will coordinate subordinate enterprises and solve other issues related to the development of this sphere.
