December 13, Fineko/abc.az. The criminal case against the director of the Employment Center of Mingachevir has been sent to court.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Prosecutor General's Office that the preliminary investigation revealed reasonable suspicions of abuse of official powers by Elchin Abdullayev, who colluded with senior officials of the State Employment Service and others, forged relevant official documents and appropriated 25,000 manats from funds allocated in the amount of 86,000 manats from the State Budget for 17 unemployed citizens.

Elchin Abdullayev was charged under Criminal Code articles 179.2.1, 179.2.3, 179.2.4 (embezzlement committed by a group of persons by prior agreement, using his official position with significant damage) and 308.1 (abuse of official powers), the criminal case was sent to the Mingachevir City Court for consideration.
