ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the Fuzuli City Master Plan, which was integrated with detailed solutions.

At that, when determining the density of residential areas, the location of other urban services offered on a par with the projected population was also taken into account. To provide employment and social services, the city provides for the construction of 9 general and secondary educational institutions, 13 preschool educational institutions, vocational education institutions, a boarding music school, a hospital, a sports & recreation center, a cultural center, an administrative center, and a sports complex.

The master plan applied the most modern urban planning approaches for the sustainable development of the city of Fuzuli, its construction based on reasonable solutions and ensuring healthy life for people. Four main directions have been chosen for sustainable development until 2030 - management, economy, social security, environment.
