Prices for rental housing in Baku declined

ABC.AZ reports that the analysis revealed decline in prices in the rental market for April.

According to experts, in April prices for rental housing in Baku decreased by 4.6%.

Experts explain the cause of the reduction in the rent price as a result of the decline in demand for rental housing due to the pandemic.
