MIDA to spend extra AZN 480,000 on a residential complex

December 16, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC, subordinate to the State Housing Construction Agency, will allocate about AZN 480,000 for additional works on the vertical layout of the residential complex (Yasamal-2), constructed in Yasamal district, the construction of roads, sidewalks and bike paths.

ABC.AZ reports that MIDA has concluded a relevant contract with Bridge Building Construction LLC.

The cost of the contract is AZN 472,179. The new residential complex consists of 40 buildings, including 22 nine-storey and 18 ten-storey houses. In total, there will be 2,202 apartments in these buildings, 160 of them are one–room, 114 – studio type, 674 – two-room, 1128 - three-room, 126 - four-room ones. All apartments will be offered to citizens with complete renovation and kitchen furniture.
