A neighboring country may delay restoration of tourism – because of pandemic situation

Georgia has successfully negotiated the restoration of tourism with partner countries, Israel and various members of the European Union. However, these countries have delayed opening of their borders to tourists due to the epidemiological situation. The government of Georgia will monitor the current trends related to coronavirus in countries around the world and make a relevant decision on opening the country's borders to foreign visitors.
